Technical Support Analyst

 

Great opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst with a large company located in Charlotte, NC in support of the Supply Chain line of business. 

 

In this role, you will be working in support of supply chain systems and providing analysis on application and operations related issues that are occurring regularly. 

 

This opportunity offers a salary of $35, 000 to $40, 000 based on experience along with medical, dental, and vision benefits along with a 401K matching program.

 

SHIFT HOURS 

SATURDAY  6am - 6pm 

SUN/MON/TUES  8am - 6pm 

WED/THURS/FRI  OFF 


 

  Requirements
  • 1-3 years of Technical Support experience
  • Experience pro-actively addressing support issues as well as responding to customer tickets in a timely manner
  • Understanding of business impacts of support requests and problems
  • Candidates will need a minimum of 2-year computer related degree
