Social Media Strategy Manager - Atlanta, GA - $85k/yr.

Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is looking for a superstar Social Media Strategy Manager to join their team in Sandy Springs!

As the Social Media Strategy Manager you’ ll be responsible for formulating and executing an enterprise social media strategy. This will include selecting and implementing social media marketing tools, creating recruiting strategies, social media branding, managing multiple social media accounts for several locations, and even helping resolve customer complaints via social media.

This individual will wear a variety of hats while devising and maintaining an enterprise social media strategy. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience managing a wide variety of enterprise social media projects.

This role will allow for a huge amount of flexibility in terms of strategy creation and tool selection- a great role for someone looking for more responsibility. This is an opportunity to join a small, high-functioning team and create a noticeable impact in the company’ s social media success.

The office is located centrally in the Sandy Springs area. The staff dresses business casual and business hours are generally from 9am-6pm. This role is targeting a salary of $85k/yr. in addition to very competitive benefits.

Requirements for the Social Media Strategy Manager:
  • 10+ years of enterprise marketing experience, including at least 5 years of enterprise social media experience
  • Previous experience formulating and executing an enterprise social media strategy
  • Social media analytics experience
  • Experience selecting and implementing social media marketing tools
  • Prior experience resolving problems and complains via social media (ie. Bad customer reviews, negative comments)
  • Experience within a large environment; the individual who sits in this role will support a social media campaign that reaches nationwide
  • “ Customer Service First” mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
