IT Support Analyst

A large company in Charlotte is looking to add an IT Support Analyst to their team.

The Analyst will be responsible for providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 desktop support. This person will be troubleshooting hardware and software related issues, and should have knowledge of Active Directory and networking concepts.


This position will offer a competitive salary along with Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits and a 401K matching program.

SHIFT HOURS
Monday - Friday 10AM-7PM


Requirements:
  • Experience in a high volume call/email environment
  • 3+ years' experience in a help desk environment
  • A+, Network+, and/or Microsoft Certification
