Our well known and industry leading client is in need of an experienced Change Manager who will manage all the aspects of change management for an IT Transformative shift from Waterfall to Agile.  Using the PROSCI methodology, a successful Change Manager must be able to effectively communicate change plans, assure the engagement of stakeholders, and create a training development plan based on design documents. 

 

This Change Manager must have strong communication skills as they will be interfacing with the IT Strategy Development team to develop an overall Change Management Strategy.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Development of impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and training strategies
  • Development and Delivery of Communication plans to ensure stakeholders are prepared for change
  • Development and delivery of communication and training material
