Voice Support Analyst – Avaya


Great long-term opportunity available with a stable company in the Charlotte, NC area!


In this role, you will be supporting an ongoing enterprise-wide telephone system deployment, migrating the systems from standalone Avaya IP.


Ideal candidates will have experience with Avaya telephone systems features and services.


This team is responsible for developing call flows for the migration to Avaya, and the overall support maintenance of the VOIP system migration.

 

  Requirements
  • Experience in both Nortel and Avaya telephone systems features and services
  • Experience with VOIP phone system migrations.
  • Knowledge of analog and digital telephone trunks
  • Work effectively alone and as a member of a team to resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to maintain focus on multiple projects concurrently.
