Technical Support Specialist II

 

$18 to $23/HR DOE

 

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for an experienced Technical Support

Specialist to join their team in Memphis, TN. The Technical Support Specialist will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to users by responding to inquiries and resolving problems associated with computer hardware, software, network, mobile devices and core proprietary applications.   The ideal candidate will have incredible communication skills and the ability to resolve issues via phone and in person, experience supporting and resolving issues via trouble tickets. This is a long term contract opportunity with an opportunity to convert to FTE.

 

Requirements:
  • Strong Tier 1-3 technical support troubleshooting experience 
  • 5 + years of technical support, helpdesk, or technical engineering at the enterprise level. 
  • Proven experience working to resolve technical issues with a high resolution rate. 
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft software products, Outlook, Exchange, 
  • Network knowledge and connectivity troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS)
  • Active certifications are a plus!
