Technical Support Specialist II/III

-Pay $18  to $27/HR DOE

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join their team in the Tampa area.

The Technical Support Specialist will provide resolution to escalated issues  to users by responding to inquiries and resolving problems associated with core applications and 3rd party  software.   The ideal candidate will have incredible communication skills and the ability to resolve issues via phone and in person, experience supporting and resolving issues via trouble tickets.

 

Requirements:
  • Strong Tier 2-3 technical support troubleshooting experience 
  • Intermediate SQL Skills 
  • 5 + years of technical support, helpdesk, or technical engineering at the enterprise level. 
  • Proven experience working to resolve technical issues with a high resolution rate. 
  • Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft software products, Outlook, Exchange, 
  • Network knowledge and connectivity troubleshooting experience (TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS)
  • Active certifications are a plus!
