Senior Technical Support Analyst – Saint Pete - $23/hr. W2

 

Our client, one of the largest in Tampa, is looking for a Senior Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

 

As the Senior Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support for all of the company' s internal employees. This support will include: desktop hardware, software, PC, Break/Fix, and Windows upgrades.

 

Not only does this individual need to be technically savvy, but we are also looking for someone with a good personality who is able to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

 

Hourly Pay:  $23/hr. (Comprehensive benefits are available)

 

Desired Skills for the Senior Technical Support Analyst:

 
  • MCTS or COMPTIA A+ Desktop Certification
  • 5+ years’ experience of hardware/software support and deployment
  • Experience supporting Windows 7 environments, Windows 10 is a huge plus
  • Active Directory experience
  • Computer hardware break/fix experience
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to interact with a variety of personalities
