Senior Desktop Support Engineer

 

Our Fortune 400 client is hiring for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer in the Boston area. This is an immediate hire position with a well-funded and successful company.

 

As the Senior Desktop Support Engineer you will support internal users with issues pertaining to Hardware/Software as well Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. These Desktop Support Engineers are in a large enterprise environment. Qualified candidates will have experience in a similar environment.

The Senior Desktop Support Engineer will possess the following skills:

 
  • 5+ years providing desktop and desk side support in an enterprise environment
  • Strong background in Microsoft hardware and software (MS Office, Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Windows Server, Etc)
  • Experience Supporting users with Active directory issues and access control
  • Experience Supporting Microsoft Exchange (Access, Log in, Messaging)
  • Experience Designing, deploying and supporting desktop technologies
