Organizational Change Manager

 

Our well known and industry leading client is in need of a seasoned Organizational Change Manager who has extensive experience managing the aspects of change management following the PROSCI methodology.  A successful Organizational Change Manager must be able to effectively communicate change plans, assure the engagement of stakeholders, and create a training development plan based on design documents. 

 

This Organizational Change Manager must have strong communication skills as they will be interfacing with the IT Strategy Development team to develop an overall Change Management Strategy.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Development and Delivery of Change Management plans to ensure stakeholders are prepared for change
  • Development of impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and training strategies
  • Development and delivery of communication and training material
