We are seeking a Manager of New Business Development to build and maintain new and current relationships with our IT clients located both in Charlotte and across the country. We are looking for a sales minded individual who enjoys building rapport and working in a quick paced environment. Previous recruiting or new business development experience is required.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for new business development, management of existing accounts, or a combination of both. You will manage a sales pipeline and execute sales activities under the direction of our leadership team. You will be responsible for creating and managing relationships with IT Managers at our clients, ensuring we are continuously building rapport, while partnering with our recruiting team to match top candidates with clients open job requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

Execute sales strategies in large accounts, mid-market and emerging businesses.

Acquire and manage large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple buying influences.

Negotiate favorable agreements, including favorable payment terms and recruiting fees.

Build high-quality, long-term business relationships with clients.

Navigate corporate procurement processes and establish relationships with IT Managers.

Manage client relationships at the executive level in conjunction with PSG leadership, keeping our company in good standing with clients.

Partner with our technical recruiters and serve as a business professional who is in control of client relationships, has strong knowledge of technical job descriptions, and can provide quality information to recruiters on the skills and experience required for job requisitions.

Able to contribute content that is provided in RFP/RFI responses. Identify opportunities to sell time and materials based project solutions via a statement of work basis.

 

Requirements:

A Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited University

Previous experience in staffing or recruiting
