Our successful and well-known client  is currently hiring for a Lead Business  Analysts in Charlotte, NC.

As the Lead Business Analyst, you will work in a PMO environment, supporting several SDLC projects for Enterprise Applications.   You will work directly with the Project Manager in defining business requirements and contributing in Business Case Development for project planning.   Although you will be responsible for creating BRDs, participating in User Acceptance Testing and leading requirements gathering sessions, you will share some Project Management duties, sometimes leading projects from a Business Analysts seat.

Qualified candidates will have strong MS SQL experience and  the ability to create SQL queries, joins and tables.   Experience pulling data, conducting data mapping and managing data in SAP is desired.   This position will be key on the project team-  responsible for reading documentation while also  soliciting details on technical issues and functional requirements.

The ideal Technical Business  Analyst profile includes:
  • Six or more years of related experience in business requirements and/or systems analysis in addition to a degree
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and ITIL processes in software implementations
  • Strong business communication skills, experience interfacing with  developers, ability to solicit details on issues from creation through resolution, status reporting on issues and change requests
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Project management skills and the ability to facilitate alignment and integration of business and technology plans.
