We have an Incident Manager opportunity located in Tampa, FL. This individual will be responsible for owning the ITIL Process for Incident and Problem Management for infrastructure teams. 

As an Incident Manager you will also handle all major incidents and problem management including root cause analysts of systems errors, daily ticket escalation, and problem resolution.

 
We are seeking talented individuals with the following skills:
  • 5+ years experience as an Incident Manager including ITIL Process owner for Incident and Problem Management 
  • Act as a single point of contact for all major incidents and problem investigations. 
  • Work with infrastructure and application support teams to drive closure of follow up actions identified through incident and problem management.  
  • Produce major incident and problem reports for all major incidents and problem investigations as well as internal notification to senior management.
  • Ensure response to major Incidents including escalation, follow through, dissemination of workarounds, or resolution advice and closure.
  • ITIL Certification is a huge plus.
