We have an opening for an IT Technical Support Analyst for one of our premier, industry-leading clients in the Tampa Bay Area.

This person will be a key member of the IT Technical Support team and will provide PC and application support to corporate users throughout the country. This role includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and resolving end user technical support requests via phone and remote desktop screen sharing.  

 
Requirements: 
  • Answer IT Service Desk calls and work with end-users on specific computing, network, and voice issues.
  • Provide application support for users at various sites throughout the country as needed.
  • Work with systems and network administrators in support of servers and applications. This will possibly include scheduling and coordinating with sites on server/network upgrades.
  • Deploy computer systems to staff and work to ensure organizational standardization with approved computer security and software compliance.
  • Prioritize and schedule problem resolution with staff. Escalate problems (when required) to appropriate IT staff.
  • Make recommendations on repairs and replacement of failed equipment and systems, and use judgment and experience to evaluate user needs to recommend solutions.
  • Record, track, and document the IT Service Desk request problem-solving process, including all decisions made and actions taken, through to the final resolution using enterprise request tracking tools.
  • Coordinate IT related activities with other IT team members and staff to serve the business needs of our client with the goal of maximizing customer satisfaction.

Required Experience:
  • 3+ years of IT Support experience in an enterprise environment
  • Skilled in answering Service Desk Calls and working with end-users to resolve internal issues
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows 7/ Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Internet Connectivity, and virus issues
  • Experience with MS Exchange and Active Directory required
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving end-user network or local printer problems and/or PC problems, email and connectivity problems
  • Experience providing remote access/VPN support
  • Ability to repair/replace PC/Hardware, RAM, etc.
  • Ability to assist Systems/Network Administrator(s) in deployment, troubleshooting and procedural support of servers and networking equipment.
  • Ability to ensure maximum availability and reliability of site systems
  • Experience with ticketing software highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels
