Our Established client is hiring for a IT Helpdesk Specialist in the Charlotte area. This is an immediate hire position with a well-funded and successful company.

As the IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing phone based IT Support for end users regarding Hardware/ Software issues. These IT Helpdesk Specialistare in a large enterprise financial environment. Qualified candidates will have experience in a similar environment.

The IT Helpdesk Specialist will possess the following skills:

-Experience handling technical issues over the phone relating

-3+ years of IT Helpdesk experience

-Proven experience maintaining high first call resolution rate

-Experience resolving 40-60 calls per day

-Desired – Technical Certifications (ex: MCP, A+)
