My local and well-funded client in the Southpark area is looking to add an enthusiastic and energetic help desk professional to their growing and stable team.

This is a permanent position offering competitive compensation (up to $35k plus benefits) and the chance to build your IT skill set in a supportive and tight-knit environment.

 

The Help Desk Analyst will:

- Handle 30-60 inbound communications from internal customers daily.

- Handle password resets, Active Directory and Outlook mail issues.

- Learn to support over 100 internal custom applications.

 

To be successful in this position, the Help Desk Analyst will need:

- Customer Service skills and experience.

- Experience working in an IT helpdesk setting.

- Positive attitude and outlook

 

Nice to have, but not required:

- CompTIA A+ certification
