Help Desk Specialist

 

In this role you will be The IT Help Desk Professional will support troubleshooting for inbound calls to the IT Help Desk. You will also be responsible for responding to customer calls, documenting incident information, completing work tickets, diagnosing and resolving the customer incident.

 

Rate: $20.00/hr + full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k matching)

Hours: 10am-7pm Monday- Friday, and every 4th Saturday

 

Responsibilities:

 
  • Responsible for support of all inbound calls.
  • Prior experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues including MS Outlook.
  • Accurate, timely, and professional resolution for all supported issues.
  • Accurate and detailed logging, ticketing, and tracking of all calls in the client incident management system

 

Qualifications:

 
  • Experience within desktop support
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, hardware configurations, and software
  • Ticketing systems knowledge (experience in ServiceNow required!) 
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
