Help Desk Analyst:

Our well-known client in the Chattanooga area is looking for a Help Desk Analyst to join their team! The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for managing the day to day needs of all internal employees.


Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst: 
  • Provide tier 2/3 phone, on site and service desk window walk up customers support and coordination
  • Responsible for screening, referring, and diagnosing internal or external inquiries and work requests 
  • Assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC’ s, applications software and basic information systems communications
  • Provide shift rotational coverage as needed 24x7

 

Requirements for the Help Desk Analyst:  
  • 3+ years’ experience in troubleshooting in a call center environment 
  • Some knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems
  • A+, MCITP, MCSE certifications are a PLUS
