Desktop Support Analyst

Our client, a global broadcast corporation, is currently looking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to their team. 

 

Requirements of a Desktop Support Analyst:
  •          Windows 10 support and troubleshooting
  •           MDM support experience (Airwatch, MobileIron etc. 
  •          General ticketing system experience (Service Now, Heat, Remedy) 
  •          Ability to troubleshoot user issues 
  •           Knowledge of Active Directory troubleshooting 
  •           Experience with OST or PST files 
  •          Good oral and written communication skills
