Desktop Support Analyst

3-Month Contract

Our enterprise-level client is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join its growing team.   You will be tasked with providing quality Tier 1 Support in a Service Desk environment via phone, email, and remote access tools.   You will be tasked with leveraging your professional communication ability to field customer service calls and to help provide a fix to resolve technical issues.  

 

Required Experience of Desktop Support Analyst:
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience in a Service Desk environment providing Desktop Support
  • Requires strong knowledge in both Mac and Windows Operating Systems
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required; a positive attitude and sense of urgency; ability to resolve problems via phone, email, and remote access
  • Prior experience supporting  users via Remote Access; troubleshooting
    • Landesk, Bomgar, WebEx, etc.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tool
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience with remote access tools such as Bomgar, LANdesk, etc.
  • Detail oriented and able to work under pressure
