Customer Service Representative - Wilkesboro, NC

Successful and growing company currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in beautiful Wilkesboro, NC!

As the Customer Service Representative  you will be responsible for conducting surveys and following up on network and cabling installations for large retail stores and warehouse facilities.  You will use your customer service techniques to make outbound calls to uncover any concerns or issues related to facility installations while documenting detailed notes in MS Excel, SharePoint and ServiceNow.

This is a 5-month contract assignment that will begin with PART-TIME schedule (8AM -12Noon).

This position is perfect for a Customer Service Representative looking to  grow your service coordination  expertise in your next role. Your work will be pivotal in providing detailed records on installations to make sure quality standards are maintained and issues are effectively communicated to technical teams. Qualified candidates will have extensive experience with in a high-volume, call center environment.

The ideal Customer Service Representative profile includes:
  • 3-4 Years of customer service experience
  • Strong experience in MS Excel,  MS Word
  • Strong experience in SharePoint
  • Experience with ServiceNow is desired
  • Client-facing experience, working closely with business Stakeholders and Executives
