Compensation Analyst: 
Our client is hiring a Compensation Analyst in the Sandy Springs area. 

The Compensation Analyst plays a key role by providing analysis, evaluation and recommendations to the HR team and various business leaders to align compensation programs with business objectives. 


Responsibilities  of the Compensation Analyst: 

  • Collaborates with the Compensation Director on a variety of projects that include compensation program design, analysis and implementation of new programs

  • Assist in the development and execution of compensation processes and procedures to streamline initiatives including annual reviews, job evaluations, annual merit cycle, FLSA and compliance

  • Participates in compensation surveys; conducts research and provides benchmarking on pay and programs for competitiveness

 

Requirements of the Compensation Analyst: 

  • Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in progressive compensation experience required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; with ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to compensation

  • HRIS system  experience
