Change Manager (PROSCI)

Location: Chattanooga

Contract Length: Contract to permanent

Compensation: $74.09/hr

 

 

Our industry-leading client is looking for a Change Manager (PROSCI) to lead 5-6 Change Analysts responsible for change management principles and methodologies. You will be responsible for creating and implementing change management plans to further employee engagement, and identifying points of resistance or risks associated with change. If you are looking to drive change management efforts in an enterprise environment, and support project teams throughout activities, we would love to speak with you.

Requirements of Change Manager:
  • Previous experience leading large-scale, enterprise change initiatives
  • Working knowledge of developing change management strategy, based on assessments and awareness of environment
  • Ability to manage systems used to track adoption of principles
  • Prosci certification required
  • Bachelor’ s degree required, MBA a plus
