Our payment services client is looking for a Call Center Manager to lead a group of Tier 1 help desk representatives. You will be responsible for coaching, training, and managing response times, reporting, billing, and delivering feedback from customers. This is a great opportunity to gain leadership experience. Requirements for Call Center Manager:
  • Previous experience as a service desk/help desk manager
  • Strong experience coaching, mentoring, and scheduling
  • Experience with Crystal Reports or SSRS
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Bachelor’ s degree in related field
