Government Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Hurricane Harvey (Falls Chruch, VA)

 

Pay Rate: $19.92/HR

Job duration: 6 months+ (can go longer)

Shift Schedule: 40 Hours per week (Shifts range from 7am to 11pm). You will work 4 days out of the week for 10 hours.

 

Overview:

Hurricane Harvey has resulted in catastrophic damage across Southeastern Texas and parts of Louisiana.  As a result, we are partnering up with the United States Government to hire bilingual Customer Service/HelpDesk Representatives to assist the victims of Hurricane Harvey through FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).

 

Job Duties:
  • Speak to customers/hurricane victims over the phone and gather data.
  • Input customer and representative (if customers have one) information into a government database.
  • Maintain customer profiles and update status reports.
  • Process transactions over the phone for customers who wish to take on loans.
