IT Staffing Account Manager

 

Principle Solutions Group  has immediate openings in the Cincinnati area for experienced salespeople with IT staffing experience. 

We are looking for experienced IT sales professionals with a “ hunter” approach to develop and grow our client base by marketing our services for contract and/or contract-to-hire Information Technology staffing solutions.   Sales team members will be focused on opening new accounts and helping grow existing accounts.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-motivated individual with problem solving skills, a competitive nature and dynamic personality, and an individual who can build immediate rapport and trust with our client base. You must have a proven track record and demonstrated success selling IT services and solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain network of clients
  • Work with client to obtain qualified job requirements. Negotiate with client to establish appropriate bill rates, contract terms and fees.
  • Grow and maintain long term relationships with current clients
  • Obtain qualified job requirements. 
  • Work closely with recruiting team 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in our tracking system 
  • Resolve any customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and manage ongoing IT sales pipeline to ensure business objectives are being met
  • Assist in creation and execution of strategy for revenue growth in Cincinnati and throughout the Midwest

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3 - 5+ years of sales/account management experience in the Information Technology industry
  • Must have a proven and strong track record of sales success
  • Ability to foster and maintain solid partnerships with clients and consultants
  • Ability to work in a fast paced goal driven environment
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated “ hunter” experience
  • High energy and confident in building partnership with hiring managers, including senior leaders 
  • Ability to maintain/nurture relationships at all levels
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organization abilities
  • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with large clients utilizing a VMS 
  • Experience placing W2 & C2C IT consultants
